Futuramo Visual Tickets lets teams, collaborators and business partners effectively exchange ideas, opinions, and requests. With intuitive features to create, edit and share tickets, teams are free of long text explanation and can easily communicate and collaborate. Highly productive teams will appreciate the swiftness of working with Futuramo.

Visual Tickets Editor
Create visual tickets — drag & drop/upload images or just paste screenshots directly into the ticket window. Use the Edit feature — crop selected area, add notes and highlight details. 

Commenting
Communicate and collaborate — add comments, give feedback, and get updates on the progress.

Tickets Properties Management
Assign tickets to collaborators from the list of Clients and Projects. Set current status and monitor changes. Select priority and ticket type. Outline due date and estimate time needed to solve the ticket. 

Filters Panel, Search Box, and Sorting 
Filter tickets by chosen attributes. Search desired tickets by particular names, phrases or by any other keyword associated with the ticket. Sort tickets by clicking on a chosen column from the ticket list.
