About

Tabkey helps you switch tabs faster by assigning number keys 1 to 9 to your open tabs.
Open the popup, assign shortcuts beside tabs, then press the number key on normal webpages to jump instantly.
Press the same key again on the assigned tab to toggle back to where you came from.
It includes:

quick tab search in popup
assignment overview shortcut
first-run setup page
light and dark mode support
Notes:

Chrome blocks content scripts on restricted pages like chrome:// and Chrome Web Store pages.
On those pages, number-key switching won’t run.
