1. Template Page:
        - Name must remain "WebNoter Database Hub"
        - Do not rename or delete this page

2. Database Management:
        - To add databases: Duplicate existing ones only
        - Renaming existing databases is allowed
        - Do not create new databases from scratch, doing this might result in the missing of some important columns
