PiP Anywhere lets you pop any website into a floating, always-on-top Picture-in-Picture window — with full
  interactivity. Unlike video-only PiP, this extension gives you a fully functional browser window that floats above
  everything else on your screen.

  • Browse any website in a floating window that stays on top of all other apps
  • Scroll, click, type, and navigate — full keyboard and mouse support
  • Use logged-in sessions — your authentication and cookies carry over seamlessly
  • Resize to any dimension with preset sizes (Small, Medium, Large) or custom width × height
  • Zoom in and out (0.25x to 3x) for comfortable reading
  • Adjust window opacity (20%–100%) to see through to content underneath
  • Navigate with built-in back/forward buttons and a URL bar
  • Reload pages or open new URLs without leaving the PiP window

  🔹 HOW TO USE
  1. Click the PiP Anywhere icon in your toolbar
  2. Choose a window size or enter custom dimensions
  3. Click "Open in Picture-in-Picture"
  4. A floating window appears with the current page — fully interactive

  Or simply press Alt+P to instantly toggle PiP mode on or off.

  🔹 PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED
  • "Read and change all your data on all websites" — Required to load any website inside the PiP window and ensure it
  works correctly with your logged-in sessions.
  • Cookies — Used to maintain your login sessions inside PiP windows.
  • Storage — Saves your preferred window sizes per website locally.

  • Built on Chrome's Document Picture-in-Picture API (Chrome 116+)
  • Manifest V3 compliant
