    IMPORTANT (REQUIRED):
This extension requires a Chrome/Chromium flag to work:
    1. Go to about://flags and search for auto-picture-in-picture-for-video-playback
    2. Set it to Enabled
    3. Restart your browser

Automatically enables Picture-in-Picture when switching tabs (similar to Arc/Firefox/Zen behaviour), with one-click manual PiP from the toolbar.

    Default behaviour for new installs:
    - Auto PiP on Tab Switch: On

Includes a disabled-sites list so you can exclude specific domains from auto-PiP.

Google Meet and other conferencing apps are disabled by default because automatic PiP can conflict with meeting controls and expected call behaviour. You can manage disabled sites in Extension Options.

Includes one-click manual PiP from the extension icon.
    Free and open source: https://github.com/apotenza92/chrome-auto-pip

Automatically opens Picture-in-Picture when you switch away from a tab with a playing video. You can also click the toolbar button to open Picture-in-Picture manually.

Version 2.0 keeps the same core experience with a simpler, more reliable foundation:
    - Attaches to video tabs only when needed
    - Handles repeated tab switches more consistently
    - Cleans up after itself more carefully
    - Leaves websites' own Picture-in-Picture behavior alone
    - Adds optional debug logs you can download when reporting an issue

    Required setup:
    1. Go to about://flags
    2. Enable auto-picture-in-picture-for-video-playback
    3. Restart your browser

Some Chrome-compatible browsers may also require allowing Automatic picture-in-picture for specific sites from the site information menu in the address bar.

Automatic PiP is disabled by default on meeting and chat sites where it can conflict with expected call controls.
