The extension helps teams evaluate daily support volumes across voice and non-voice channels and understand how a specialist operating model can improve service quality, workload distribution and staffing efficiency. It provides an interactive playground to simulate different channel volumes, workload weights and agent capacity assumptions to estimate required staffing levels for voice and non-voice specialists. This tool is intended for internal planning, learning and demonstration purposes and does not collect, store or transmit any personal or customer data.
