About
A Chrome extension that scans your Gmail and Outlook communications and smartly suggests optimal meeting times based on when everyone is actually available. What it does (in plain speak): It watches your email conversations—especially when you’re trying to set up a meeting—and recognises when you’re asking “When can we meet?” Then it checks people’s calendars (yours and, where applicable, attendees’) and finds time slots that work for all or most participants. It presents those times to you so you can pick one (or a few) and propose them in the email (or send a meeting invite) without the usual back-and-forth. It works across Gmail and Outlook, so it covers both major email systems. Why this matters: Cuts down the “What time works for you?” email chain → saves you a lot of hassle and time. Helps you pick the best time, not just a random free slot; the tool takes into account actual availability. Makes your scheduling smoother, more professional, and less error-prone. Especially useful when you’re coordinating with multiple people (team members, clients, external partners) who may have busy calendars. How to position it / talk about it (so it sounds human): “Let the tool pull up the best times for everyone—so you’re not just proposing random slots.” “No more juggling calendars, email chains or trying to guess when someone is free.” “It fits right into your existing inbox (Gmail or Outlook) and does the heavy lifting behind the scenes.” “You’ll look sharper—because you’ll send meeting times that actually work for everyone.”
