About
**Calendar Check** helps you coordinate meetings by finding when everyone is available—perfect for teams juggling busy calendars. ## How It Works 1. **Install the Extension** • Individually from the Chrome Web Store, or pushed by your IT admin. 2. **One-Time Authorization** • When you launch Calendar Check for the first time, you’ll see a Google prompt asking to grant **read-only** access to your calendar—approve it so the extension can read your free/busy availability. • To disconnect, click Revoke Access in the Settings panel. To reconnect, simply click the extension icon again and grant permission. 3. **Check Availability** • Add attendee emails → Click **Check availability** → Copy the suggested meeting times. 4. **Coordinate** • Paste the pre-formatted slots into your email client and send. ## Key Features * 🔍 **Smart Availability Checking** Scans your selected calendars and your colleagues’ to find common free windows. * ⏰ **Customizable Work Hours & Lunch** Define your workday and break times so suggestions fit your schedule. * 📋 **Quick Coordination** Copy clean, bullet-list meeting proposals straight to your clipboard. * 🔒 **Privacy-Focused** Read-only free/busy access only—no event details read or calendar changes made. ## Requirements & Admin Setup * **User Side:** • Google Chrome (latest version) • A Google Calendar account * **Workspace Admin:** • Ensure **Calendar sharing (free/busy visibility)** is enabled for your domain. • (Optional) Push and pin the extension org-wide—users still grant access once. ## Ideal For * Project managers scheduling meetings * Anyone tired of “What time works for you?” email threads ## Privacy & Security * **Read-only** free/busy data * **Never** reads event details or writes to calendars * **No** data tracking or external storage ## Get Started 1.
