DuoSub is built for viewers whose first language isn't English. If a movie only ships with an English CC track, DuoSub adds a second subtitle line in your own language, translated naturally by Google or AI so it actually reads like your language. Plenty of extensions can stack two existing CC tracks side by side. That isn't what this is. DuoSub fills in when your language isn't in the player's menu at all.
