Meeting Budget Manager lets you leave your Google Calendar open for your co-workers to schedule meetings at a time that works for both of you, but when the total number of hours of meetings scheduled during a day reaches your predefined daily meeting limit, this extension will fill your remaining work hours with Focus Time events to ensure you still have time to get your regular work accomplished.
