Define your distraction sites in your FlowShield preferences. When you visit one during an active session, the extension alerts you instantly and flags it on your dashboard.

📊 Activity Tracking
Every tab switch is logged and categorized (Work, Development, Social Media, Entertainment, and more). Your productivity patterns appear automatically in your analytics dashboard.

Sessions started on the desktop app or mobile app appear in the extension — and vice versa. One account, all your devices, one consistent picture of your focus time.
