PhysiMail brings automation to the important but repetitive task of processing the deliveries and collections of physical mail items in a smart, paperless, and auditable manner.  PhysiMail uses a secure PIN method to identify all users and, where requested, any addressee registered on the system. PhysiMail enables users to send email alerts to addressees notifying them of any delivered items being held for them. It also allows item descriptions and storage locations to be given – speeding up the collection process. PhysiMail works in conjunction with a dedicated Google spread sheet that’s automatically edited with registered user and addressee details as well as collection item details and activity reports.

PhysiMail has been designed to benefit the day to day mail handling services of both residential and office developments. As anyone who’s worked in such a role knows, it can be a stressful activity which when done via paper records is cumbersome and prone to problems such as illegible handwriting, page losses and unidentifiable signatories that can soon escalate into disputes.
