flippynote really rocks as a note-taking app because it has what it needs and doesn't have what annoys.

Take notes/texts on a clutter-free user interface, add hashtags to organise, sync with other devices, and the best part: You don't even need an account. That means no annoying registration, no other password to remember. Synchronisation is done via links.
