HOW TO USE

Install Slides Timer from the Chrome Web Store (you’re almost there!).
Open any Google Slides deck.
Enter Presentation mode.
Click the Slides Timer extension icon or press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + S to start/pause.
Drag the timer to your preferred spot, resize if desired.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will my audience see the timer on screen-share or projector?
Yes – the overlay is part of the browser tab, so it appears in the presentation output.

Can I hide the timer temporarily?
Absolutely. Hover → click “×”, or press Shift + H (customizable). Bring it back via the extension icon.

Does it work with PowerPoint online or Keynote?
Right now Slides Timer focuses on Google Slides. Support for other platforms is planned.

What about dual-screen presenter mode?
Slides Timer positions itself on the presentation output, not the speaker notes window, so you’re covered on both single- and dual-screen setups.
