HOW IT WORKS

1. Install the extension
2. Open Accept Customer Payment in NetSuite
3. The extension loads automatically
4. Paste your reference and amount list
5. Match and apply sublist lines

💡 Best results come from preparing reference and amount data in a spreadsheet, then pasting it into the extension.

INPUT FORMATS
Basic usage
1. Paste one reference per line (invoice, PO, or other sublist line IDs).
2. Each item will be applied for its remaining open balance by default.

Partial payments
Use:
REFXXXX=####.##
(US amount format only)

Payments with discounts
Use:
REFXXXX|discount|payment

Excel copy-paste support
• 2-column format: Invoice | Amount
• 3-column format: Invoice | Discount | Amount

CURRENT LIMITATIONS
• 🇺🇸 Amount parsing supports US number format only
• 📄 No automatic sublist pagination
• 🧪 Tested in a limited number of NetSuite environments
• ⚙ Behavior may vary depending on configuration and customizations
