About

- When the function is enabled (ON), it automatically lowers the video quality and hides the video.

- Hiding the video saves computing resources (GPU/CPU) on the device being used.

- Even when the video is hidden, video data continues to download, so lowering the image quality to the minimum quality (144p) reduces the amount of data downloaded over the network.

- You can easily switch ON/OFF with the button displayed in the video area. The installation location is the top left for PCs and the top right for smartphones. On PCs, you can move it to any position by dragging it. You can also hide it from the extension's settings screen.


## Estimated communication reduction amount
- 720p -> 144p ... about 1/10
- 480p -> 144p ... about 1/5
- 360p -> 144p ... about 1/3

## Note
- There may be failures in the automatic configuration of the function when moving to a different video page or reloading the page.
- After disabling (OFF) the function, it takes a while for the image quality to return to normal.

- 機能を有効化（ON）すると自動で動画の画質を下げ、映像を非表示にします。
- 映像を非表示にすることで、利用端末のコンピューティングリソース（GPU/CPU）を節約します。
- 映像は非表示でも動画データのダウンロードは継続するため、画質を最低画質（144p）下げることでネットワークを通じてダウンロードするデータ量を減少させます。
- 動画エリア内に表示するボタンで簡単にON/OFFの切り替えができます。設置場所は、PCは左上、スマホは右上。PCではドラッグ操作で任意の位置へ移動できます。また、拡張機能の設定画面から非表示にもできます。

- 720p -> 144p ... 約10分の1
- 480p -> 144p ... 約5分の1
- 360p -> 144p ... 約3分の1

## ご注意
- 動画ページを移動した際、ページを再読み込みした際、機能の自動設定に失敗することがあります。
- 機能を無効化（OFF）したあと、画質が戻るまで少し時間を要します。
