Just 5 Minutesは、特定のサイトの1日あたりの閲覧時間を制限するChrome拡張機能です。
設定した上限時間を超えると自動的にブロック画面に切り替わり、翌日まで閲覧できなくなります。

• X（Twitter）やYouTube Shortsなど、ドメイン単位で制限対象を設定
• パスを指定して特定ページのみ制限も可能（例: YouTube Shortsだけ制限）
• アクティブなタブのみ計測（バックグラウンドは計測しない）
• 毎日0時に自動リセット
