About

Automatically populate a pdf form with data from an excel sheet.  The app will fill data into your pdf form after you've created a simple template.  This seemingly simple app will save you hours of work.  Enjoy!

CREATING THE TEMPLATE

Fill out the pdf form using this syntax 'sheet%cell' where sheet%cell is the data location from excel that you want to fill in the form.
Example:
You have an excel workbook and inside it there is a sheet called 'Fact Set' and in cell 'C5' of that sheet you have entered"Bob Jones".  

You have a PDF form that has a field for Name.  Enter "Fact Set%C5" into that field (don't need put the " " ,case sensitive, cells always use caps).  Then save your pdf form.

When you run EZ form filler you will first open your excel sheet, then open your newly saved pdf template and EZ form filler will populate your pdf form with the data from excel.  You'll then be given a new pdf of the completed form.  It's that EZ! Enjoy.
