Kerika is work management for remote and distributed teams: it integrates beautifully with Google Apps, and lets you share Kanban Boards and Whiteboards with anyone, anywhere.

You can organize each project as a separate board, and depending upon what you need, you have the choice of a Task board or a Whiteboard:

TASK BOARDS are great for people work in a Kanban style, whether they are working by themselves, or as part of a larger team.

Task Boards are simple, easy to use and can be customized for each project's workflow, and you don't need to be an expert in Lean or Agile.

WHITEBOARDS are unique: completely flexible canvases that let you organize and share your ideas, your content, process flows, notes, etc. This was invented and patented by Kerika.

These canvases can be layered inside each other, and attached to cards on Task Boards as well.

PROJECT TEAMS are a great way to share your Kerika boards: each board can have a separate team, with people designated as Board Admins, Team Members or Visitors.

Visitors have read-only access to the board, which is a great way to bring your customers, partners and stakeholders into your project without allowing them to disrupt your work.

REAL-TIME: changes you make to any of your project boards are shown instantly to everyone on the team.

SMART ALERTS: if you are not online when others are working, Kerika's clever design makes it super easy to see exactly what changed on each of your projects while you were away.

TASK & CONTENT MANAGEMENT: each card on a Task Board can contain
- Details of the task
- Tags to help associate it with related work
- Files that are automatically stored and shared using your linked Google/Box account
- Web content (like videos, URL, etc.)
- Work assignments
- Due dates and status flags (e.g. "Ready to pull")
- Chat conversations
- A complete history of the work

INTEGRATED CHAT is a specially cool feature: you can get chat pushed to you as email, and reply to it just like regular email, e.g. on your phone, and find your reply shows up on the Kerika board as well.

SMART TIMEZONES: Kerika automatically adjusts handle multiple timezones, presenting information in a way that makes sense to each team member, regardless of where they are located.

INTEGRATED WITH GOOGLE APPS: sign up with your Google ID and your Kerika files will be stored in your own Google Drive, under your control.

Kerika manages file access: if you change someone's role on a team, e.g. upgrade a Visitor to a Team Member, Kerika ensures their access to all the project files also changes instantly; if you remove someone from a team, Kerika ensures they lose access to the project's files.

WORKFLOWS and TEMPLATES: its super-easy for you to capture your organization's best practices and standard workflows as project templates.

EXPORTING is easy: get your Kanban exported as a well-organized Excel file, or as well-formatted HTML that's ready for printing.
