SongSmith 2.0 is the companion extension for the SongSmith webapp (songsmith.studio). It connects your SongSmith account to your Suno subscription, automating the song creation workflow so you can go from idea to finished track in seconds.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create a song concept in the SongSmith webapp using AI — title, lyrics, style, and art prompt are generated for you
2. Review and edit the concept to your liking
3. Hit "Send to Suno" — the extension takes over, filling in the song details on Suno and submitting it automatically
4. The extension monitors progress and syncs the completed audio back to your SongSmith library

KEY FEATURES

- Automatic form filling — lyrics, style, title, and persona are entered into Suno for you
- Batch queue — send multiple songs and the extension processes them one by one
- Smart monitoring — tracks generation progress via Suno's API with automatic fallback to page monitoring
- Audio sync — completed tracks are uploaded to your SongSmith library automatically
- Reliable task handling — retries on failure, detects captchas, login expiry, and rate limits gracefully
- Seamless auth — stays in sync with your SongSmith webapp login

REQUIREMENTS

- A SongSmith account at songsmith.studio
- An active Suno subscription (suno.com) — you bring your own Suno account
- The extension only interacts with suno.com to fill and submit songs on your behalf
