Remove the toolbar from Chrome's PDF view.

The way it works is very simple, just adds #toolbar=0 to every PDF URL. You could do it yourself, but the extension saves time.

* If you have already open tabs with PDFs, reload them to make the toolbar disappear.
* If you want the extension to work on local PDFs, go to the extension's details and enable "Allow access to file URLs".
* If you need some functions of the toolbar, note that Save/Print/Rotate are also available from the right click menu.

This extension is free, doesn't gather any of your data and never will. I just wanted to fix this for myself and share with others.
