About

ZenStop helps you pause before visiting distracting websites. When you open a blocked site, a calm overlay appears with a short countdown and a prompt to note your intention. You can continue, or redirect away if it’s not worth your time. Over time, ZenStop tracks opens and successes, shows history by site, and helps you see your streaks and patterns.

Features:

- Block any websites you choose (with an optional built‑in adult list)
- Require a brief pause before continuing
- Log your reason for opening a site
- Track daily visits, successes, and per‑site history
- Set per‑site goals and view streaks
- Light/dark themes and a clean, focused UI

ZenStop is about building awareness and consistency. If you want a small, intentional moment between impulse and action, ZenStop is a calm place to start.
