**How it works:**

1. Navigate to any permit detail page on an Accela portal
2. Click "+ Add" to save it to PermitFlag
3. Click "Check All" — PermitFlag opens each saved permit in the background, reads the status, and closes it
4. See exactly what changed: "Under Review → Issued"
