・拡張機能からBacklog課題作成画面を開き、入力内容を自動反映

● ポップアップ/サイドパネル切り替え

1. 拡張機能をインストール
2. オプション画面でBacklogスペースURLとAPIキーを設定
3. デフォルトのプロジェクト・課題タイプを選択
4. ツールバーのアイコンから課題を作成
