About

TxCapture — User‑Initiated UI Automation Recorder.

TxCapture brings enterprise‑grade, user‑controlled capture to test automation teams.
Unlike passive “always‑on” recorders, TxCapture only records when you explicitly start a session—then turns your clicks, inputs, and navigations into structured automation artifacts you can use immediately.

What makes TxCapture different

User‑initiated, not surveillance. Recording starts only when you press Start Capture and stops instantly when you hit Stop. No background tracking, no hidden listeners.

Enterprise‑ready by design. Built for regulated environments: zero analytics, no advertising, no profiling, and no collection of credentials or PII.

Automation‑first output. Converts interaction metadata into standardized templates (e.g., UiPath XAML) you can run or integrate in pipelines right away.

Works across modern web apps. Handles typical enterprise UI patterns, with controls and attributes prioritized for stable selector identification.

What it automates

Captures element interactions (clicks, inputs, selections) as automation metadata
Generates downloadable artifacts (e.g., XAML) to jump‑start test automation or migration from legacy scripts

How it works

Open the extension and click Start Capture.

TxCapture injects capture scripts only for this active session to record interaction metadata.

Click Stop Capture to immediately deactivate all listeners.

Download your automation artifact (e.g., XAML) locally. No cloud upload, no retention, no third‑party sharing.

Privacy & data safety

No background service running when not recording
No remote storage; artifacts are saved locally to your machine
No analytics or tracking; no behavioral profiling
No credentials, keystrokes, tokens, or PII captured by design

Who uses TxCapture

QA & Test Automation teams accelerating script creation and migration
Engineering & Operations documenting critical workflows safely
Compliance‑focused orgs needing explicit user consent and zero‑data collection tooling
