  Install the extension

    HOW IT WORKS:
    1. Install the extension and an MCP client (kapture-mcp on npm)
    2. Click the Kapture toolbar icon and flip the switch to connect a tab
    3. Your AI assistant sees the tab and takes it from there
  
    A DevTools panel is included for watching commands in real time — handy, but not required.
  
    PRIVACY FIRST:
    • All communication stays on your machine (localhost only)

    • You choose which tabs connect, and JavaScript execution stays off unless you enable it
