## Usage / 使用方法

1. **First Setup / 首次设置**:
   - Click the extension icon in your browser toolbar
   - Enter your birth date
   - Select your expected lifespan (75-100 years)
   - Click "Save & Start"

2. **View Your Life Stats / 查看生命统计**:
   - Days lived with hours and minutes
   - Remaining days until expected lifespan
   - Progress percentage of life lived
   - Next milestone countdown

3. **Settings / 设置**:
   - Click the gear icon (⚙️) to modify your settings
   - Click "Reset Settings" to start over
