Justification for Permissions:

Why do you need "tabs"?

-The extension needs to identify if the currently active tab is X (Twitter) to enable the "Start Session" button in the popup. It does not read history.

Why do you need "storage"?

-To save user preferences, the daily session timer state (start time), and a list of locally processed post IDs to prevent duplicate interactions.

Why do you need "alarms"?

-To manage the 15-minute countdown timer for the active session and to stop the session automatically when the limit is reached.
