💎 CRYPTOGRAPHICALLY SECURE RANDOMNESS
Uses window.crypto.getRandomValues() for TRUE cryptographic randomness.
NOT using Math.random() which is predictable and unsafe for passwords.

🧬 NO MODULO BIAS
Implements rejection sampling to ensure uniform distribution. This is the
