Hashtags for Chrome bookmarks v2

A Chrome extension that allows you to organize and manage your bookmarks using #hashtags.

This is a community-maintained fork of the original Hashtags for Chrome bookmarks extension with the following improvements:

- Manifest V3 — migrated from the deprecated Manifest V2 for compatibility with current Chrome versions
- OR / AND filtering — toggle between OR (any selected hashtag matches) and AND (all selected hashtags must match) when filtering bookmarks
- Regex filter for hashtag list — filter the hashtag sidebar using a regular expression for faster navigation in large collections
- Clear / Restore selected hashtags — one-click button to clear all selected hashtags, with the ability to restore the previous selection
- Multi-word hashtags — fixed support for quoted hashtags containing spaces (e.g. #"my tag")
