It automatically organizes your browser workspace by grouping tabs based on their instance, color-coding them by environment, and—most importantly—guarding you against making changes in the "Default" update set.

KEY FEATURES:

1. Auto-Grouping by Instance No more hunting for that one open script background tab. GlideTabs automatically groups all tabs from the same ServiceNow instance (e.g., dev12345) into a neat, labeled Chrome Tab Group.

2. Environment Color Coding Instantly know where you are working. Groups are automatically colored based on the environment to prevent "Prod panic":

🔴 Production: Red (High Alert)

🟠 Test/UAT: Orange/Yellow

🟢 Dev/Sandbox: Green

3. Update Set SafeGuard (Killer Feature!) Never accidentally capture configurations in the "Default" update set again.

If you are in a DEV environment and your current Update Set is "Default", GlideTabs will turn the entire tab group RED and overlay a "!" warning badge on the favicon.

Switch to a named Update Set, and the group instantly turns back to Green.

4. Dynamic Favicon Badges Identify environments at a glance, even if your tab groups are collapsed. We draw a pixel-perfect overlay on the ServiceNow logo:

5. Custom Domain Support Does your company use custom URLs like support.acme.com? No problem. Add them in the Options page, and GlideTabs will treat them just like standard instances.

Tabs Permission: Needed to read the URL to determine if it is a ServiceNow instance.

TabGroups Permission: Needed to create and color the groups.

Storage Permission: Used only to save your "Custom Domains" preference.

No Data Collection: We do not track your browsing history, collect analytics, or send data to any external server.
