Sourdough is a premium monitoring and developer tool for ServiceNow Admins.

Sourdough is 100% read-only, highly performant and safe. Uses ServiceNow's APIs, respects your existing permissions, requires zero configuration. No update sets, no security changes, no data collection involved. It uses industry standard authentication to access the instance securely. 

Note: Currently, only 'itil' and 'admin' users can use this plugin, it simply won't work for other users. 

Freemium model: Core functionality is and always will be free. Premium features unlock unlimited search, detailed analytics, and advanced monitoring tools. 14-day free trial gives you full access to everything. After that trial, you can decide to stay on the free version or upgrade. Payments are handled securely via Stripe.

Sourdough uses ServiceNow's secure g_ck authentication token to safely access your instance data without storing credentials.
