About

H2O Flow is a lightweight hydration companion that lives in your Chrome toolbar. It sends timed reminders to drink water, lets you log every sip, and tracks your progress toward a daily goal — without any accounts, servers, or subscriptions.

💧 Smart Reminders
Set a reminder interval (15 min – 4 hrs). H2O Flow fires a native browser notification with a gentle chime so you never forget to hydrate.

📊 Intake Tracking
Log drinks in one tap — 250 ml, 500 ml, or any custom amount. A visual ring on the Home tab shows how close you are to your daily goal.

📅 7-Day History
A bar chart shows your intake over the past week. Check your average and spot patterns at a glance.

⚙️ Fully Customisable
• Daily goal (default: 2,500 ml)

HOW TO USE
1. Click the H2O Flow icon in your toolbar.
2. Set your daily goal and reminder interval in Settings.
3. Hit the Home tab to log drinks and watch your ring fill up.
4. Check History to review your weekly progress.

• Notifications — to show drink reminders
• Alarms — to schedule reminders on your chosen interval
• Storage — to save your goal, logs, and settings locally
• Offscreen — to play the reminder chime (Web Audio API)
