    description
Lull reminds you to take regular breaks from screen work and walks
you through a short guided exercise when one is due. It's designed
to feel like the pause it asks you to take — quiet, slow, out of
    the way until it's needed.

    — How it works —

Pick an interval (anywhere from 1 to 120 minutes). Lull counts down
in the background. When the timer fires, you get an OS notification
and a soft "!" badge on the toolbar icon. Open the popup to start
the break — or snooze it, or skip it.

The break opens in a full page with a single exercise: a category,
a short description, and numbered instructions. Once you press
Start, a sticky bar pins the countdown to the top of the page so
the timer stays visible while you read. When the exercise finishes,
you land on a "Well done" screen with a quote and a small confetti
burst, and you're back to your day.

    — What's in this version —

    • A complete redesign around a single accent color, generous
whitespace, and self-hosted typography (Geist + JetBrains Mono).
Light and dark mode follow your system preference.

    • A redesigned popup with four clear states — Stopped, Running,
Paused, and Break-due — and a Restart action that resets the
      countdown without ending the session.

    • A toolbar badge that only reflects timer state: minutes remaining
in green while running, "II" in amber when paused, "!" in red
      when a break is due.

    • A new break page with a sticky countdown bar, a dedicated
celebration view when an exercise completes, and a small confetti
      burst in the brand palette.

    • Around 60 micro-exercises covering eyes, neck, shoulders, wrists,
      posture, breathing and short walks.

    • Available in English, Spanish and French.

Lull makes zero third-party network requests at runtime. No
analytics, no tracking, no remote config. Your interval, your
timer state and your preferences live in chrome.storage on your
    own browser and nowhere else.

About

Lull reminds you to take regular breaks from screen work and walks

Start, a sticky bar pins the countdown to the top of the page so
the timer stays visible while you read. When the exercise finishes,
you land on a "Well done" screen with a quote and a small confetti
burst, and you're back to your day.
