LedgerCheck reviews financial statements for mistakes and inconsistencies — all privately, inside your own browser. Your files are never uploaded.

Load an Excel/CSV file, a PDF, a scan or photo (read with built-in OCR), or just paste a table, and LedgerCheck checks for:

• Income-statement math (e.g. Revenue − Expenses = Operating Income) • Cross-statement tie-outs — balance sheet balances, net income ties to the cash flow statement, ending cash matches, retained-earnings roll-forward • Period-over-period changes — opening vs. prior closing balances, large swings, revenue-vs-receivables and COGS-vs-inventory divergence • Anomalies & ratios — margins, current ratio, debt-to-equity, negatives
