TimeFillo Tracker turns the work you actually do into a finished timesheet,
ready to file into FYI.

Built for accountants, bookkeepers, and professional-services teams that
charge by the hour, TimeFillo runs quietly in the background and matches
the tab you're on to the client it belongs to. End-of-day, your timesheet
is already drafted — no memory tax, no "what did I do at 2:14pm?".

HOW IT WORKS
• Add your firm's clients (and the names/aliases they appear under) once.
• Install the extension. As you work, TimeFillo matches the focused tab to
  the right client by URL, page title, and visible text.
• Pause any time. Override a match with one click from the on-page notch.
• Review the projected timeline in your TimeFillo dashboard, then file the
  approved time into FYI in one go.

WHAT WE CAPTURE — AND DON'T
• Captured: URL, page title, and a locally-computed match decision
  (client name + confidence). Sent to your firm's TimeFillo workspace.
• NOT captured: page contents, form input, passwords, screenshots,
  keystrokes, or anything from sites you've added to the redacted list.
• Query strings are stripped by default to avoid leaking tokens.
• A built-in "pause" toggle stops capture instantly.

DESIGNED FOR PRIVACY
• Browser-local matching: the matcher runs in your tab, not on our servers.
• Your firm's TimeFillo dashboard is the only place your match decisions
  travel to.
• Open-source style transparency: we publish exactly what fields leave
  the browser at https://timefillo.com/privacy.

REQUIRES
• A TimeFillo account (your firm admin sets this up).
• FYI Docs for time-entry filing (optional — the tracker works without it).

This extension does NOT collect data for advertising, training models, or
selling to third parties.
