About

Schema Rich Snippets — instant SEO schema audit for any webpage

Open the extension on any page and see exactly what structured data is on it,
what's missing, and whether Google can use it for rich results. No copying
URLs into validators, no toggling between tabs, no reading raw JSON-LD.

WHAT IT DOES

- Detects every JSON-LD and Microdata schema on the page you're viewing
- Validates each one against Schema.org rules — required fields, recommended
fields, and value formats (URLs, dates, currency codes, durations)
- Scores the page's overall schema health 0–100% with a clear breakdown
- Tells you which Google rich result features the page is eligible for
(Product cards, Article, FAQ, Recipe, Event, Job posting, and more)
- Flags missing fields field-by-field so you know exactly what to fix
- Validates pasted JSON-LD on demand — useful before publishing

WHY INSTALL IT

Google rewards pages with valid structured data with rich snippets — star
ratings, prices, FAQs, recipe times, event dates — that take up more space
in search results and lift click-through rates. But schema is easy to get
wrong: a missing field, a wrong date format, an unclosed @graph, and Google
silently drops the rich result.

This extension shows you in seconds what's broken and what's missing. It
runs entirely in your browser, makes no calls to external servers, and
doesn't track you. Perfect for SEO managers, developers auditing their own
sites, agencies reviewing client work, or anyone curious why a page isn't
getting the rich results it deserves.

KEY FEATURES

- Side panel UI — works alongside the page you're inspecting
- Dashboard with health score, error/warning counts, and rich-result
  eligibility at a glance
- Per-schema breakdown with field-level validation
- Filter by status (errors, warnings, valid) or schema type
- One-click links to Google's Rich Results Test and the Schema.org Validator
- Validate tab for pasting and testing your own JSON-LD before deploying
- Pop-out window mode for side-by-side review with a code editor
- Export full audit results as JSON
- Works on every public webpage — no login required

PRIVACY

This extension reads only the active tab's HTML when you open it. Nothing
is sent to any server. No analytics, no tracking, no account required to
use the validator.
