Each result gets a distinctive gradient badge:

•	#11–100 — Clean gray (so the top 10 always stand out)

⚡ 100 RESULTS ENGINE
No &num=100 parameter needed. The extension:
1. Numbers the first 10 results immediately
2. Silently fetches pages 2–10 with staggered delays
3. Filters out ads and appends organic results only
4. Numbers each result sequentially (11, 12, 13…)
5. Hides the "Next" pagination button
