🖼️ HOW IT WORKS
──────────────

1. Click the extension icon in your toolbar (or open in a full browser tab for a larger workspace).
2. Drag and drop your images onto the upload area, or click to browse.
3. Drag the thumbnails to reorder them.
4. Adjust the grid settings to get the exact layout you need.
5. Click Export PNG — your file downloads instantly.

⚙️ GRID CONTROLS
──────────────────

• Columns — set 1 to 10 images per row
• Cell Size — each image slot is a square cell; set its size from 50 to 800 px
• Horizontal Gap — spacing between columns
• Vertical Gap — spacing between rows
• Outer Padding — border of empty space around the entire grid

The output PNG size is calculated in real time and displayed so you always know exactly what you'll get before you export.

🎨 DISPLAY OPTIONS
──────────────────────

Fit Mode controls how each image fills its cell:
  • Contain — the full image is shown, letterboxed if needed
  • Cover — fills the cell edge to edge, cropping the center
  • Stretch — distorts the image to exactly fill the cell

Last Row Alignment — when the last row has fewer images than the others, choose Left, Center, or Right alignment.

Background — Transparent, White, Black, or any Custom color.

📤 EXPORT & CLIPBOARD

• Export PNG — downloads a lossless PNG file named grid_WxH.png
• Copy PNG — copies the image directly to your clipboard, ready to paste into any app
• Open in tab — opens the full interface in a browser tab with no size constraints, ideal for large grids and many images

• No data leaves your device. All image processing happens in your browser using the Canvas API.
• No analytics, no tracking, no accounts, no network requests.
• The only permission requested is "clipboardWrite" — used solely for the Copy PNG button.
