Zoēs - is an AI email security extension for Gmail/Notion Mail that highlights risky messages right where you read them. It adds a clear Trust Score badge (Safe / Suspicious / Dangerous) to emails and helps you decide what’s safe to open, click, or ignore.

Why install Zoēs?
- Avoid phishing and scam traps by seeing risk signals instantly
- Spot suspicious links and deceptive “click here” messages before you click
- Get a plain-English explanation on demand with “Explain Why?”

What it does?
- Shows Trust Score badges directly inside Gmail (including reading pane / split view)
- Scans email content and metadata (sender, subject, links, headers) to estimate risk
- Provides “Explain Why?” only when you ask (faster everyday browsing)
- Caches scan results locally for 7 days to reduce repeated scans and speed things up

Permissions (why Zoēs needs them):
- Gmail read-only: to fetch email content for analysis (Zoēs cannot send, delete, or modify your mail)
- Storage: to save settings and local cache
- Identity: to connect your Google account securely
- Alarms: to clean up expired cache automatically
