Live Captions & Translator for Meetings turns Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, YouTube, and any other audio source in Chrome into a captioned, translated experience. Captions appear as the speaker talks. Translations follow a beat later, in the language you choose.

What it does:

• Real-time captions for any audio playing in a Chrome tab — no plugin required on the meeting platform.
• Live translation between 60+ languages, updated as the speaker talks.
• Works on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, YouTube, Vimeo, and recorded video.
• Scrollable transcripts you can review during the call.
• Adjustable caption size, position, and contrast.
• One-click toggle from the toolbar, plus Alt+Shift+C to start and stop hands-free.

How it works:

Click the extension icon, choose your source and target language, and start the session. Intercall captures only the audio from the active tab. Your microphone, other tabs, and the rest of you screen are never touched. Audio is streamed to our speech engine, captions and translations return in under a second, and nothing from the session is kept unless you save it from your Intercall account.

Privacy:

• Tab audio is processed in real time and discarded immediately unless you choose to save the session.
• No microphone access. No screen recording. No reading of page content.
