Changelog

Eunoia - Tab Manager & Thinking Desk 💜 We all know the feeling. You open one tab to look something up, then another, then three more because each page leads somewhere interesting. Before long you have fifty tabs across the top of your browser and a low-level anxiety that never quite goes away. You're not disorganised. You're just curious, and your browser was never built to handle that gracefully. Eunoia is a quieter way to browse. It gives your open tabs a place to rest, off your screen and out of your head, until you're actually ready for them. Think of it less like a bookmark manager and more like clearing your desk at the end of the day. The work is still there. You just don't have to stare at all of it at once. 🩷 How it works: Install the Chrome extension, and when your window starts feeling unmanageable, click collapse. Your tabs get sent to your Eunoia canvas, automatically grouped and laid out so you can see everything clearly. From there you can rename groups, rearrange them, colour-code them by mood or project, and come back to any tab whenever you're ready. Restoring is just as easy: open a group and it reopens as a native Chrome tab group, ready to pick up where you left off. No account needed to get started. Your canvas lives locally in your browser, privately, just for you. If you want your tabs to follow you between devices, signing in backs everything up to the cloud securely. ❤️ Why it exists: Tab overload is not a productivity problem. It is a wellbeing problem. Dozens of open tabs create a constant visual reminder of everything you haven't done yet, every article you meant to read, every rabbit hole you half-went down. That background noise adds up. It makes it harder to focus on what you actually have in front of you, and it makes closing your laptop feel like leaving something unfinished. Eunoia was built around the idea that you deserve to breathe while you browse. Saving something to come back to later should feel like relief, not like adding another item to a list. The canvas gives your curiosity somewhere to live without letting it crowd out your attention. 💛 Features: - Collapse an entire browser window into your canvas in one click - Tabs are automatically grouped and neatly arranged - Rename, recolour, and reorganise groups any way you like - Choose horizontal or vertical layout per group - Tidy Up arranges everything to fit neatly within your screen - Restore any group back as native Chrome tab groups instantly - Works without an account, data stays local by default - Sign in to sync your canvas across devices - Clean, calm interface designed to reduce visual noise, not add to it 💚 Who it is for Researchers with twenty papers open at once. Students jumping between lectures, readings, and notes. People who read a lot online and lose track of good articles. Anyone who ends the day with a browser full of tabs they feel guilty about closing but overwhelmed keeping open. If that sounds familiar, Eunoia is for you. It is not about being more productive. It is about giving yourself permission to close the tabs, knowing nothing is lost, and actually being able to focus on what matters right now.
