Resume Tailor is a Chrome extension that sits in your toolbar while you job hunt. When you find a role you want, you click the icon. It reads the job description straight off the page, compares it to your resume using Google's Gemini AI, and in about ten seconds tells you exactly why you're matching or not matching — and exactly what to do about it.
No copy-pasting the job description. No opening another tab. No uploading anything. You browse jobs the way you normally would. Resume Tailor just works quietly in the background until you need it.
You get a match score. You see which of your skills align with what the employer actually wants. You see the keywords missing from your resume that are probably the reason you're not getting calls. You see formatting issues that ATS software flags before a human ever sees your name. For the bullet points that aren't strong enough, it shows you a rewritten version side by side. And if you want to go all the way, one more click generates a fully tailored version of your resume written specifically for that role.
