📚 How It Works
1. Open any article webpage or PDF in your browser.
2. Click the ReadBuddy icon in the toolbar.
3. A side panel will appear — choose to Summarize, Translate, Explain, and Chat.
4. All results appear instantly, with the option to save and review later.

1. ReadBuddy’s on-device AI features are powered by Chrome’s built-in Gemini Nano.
To ensure full functionality, please make sure your Chrome version is v138 or above.

2. ReadBuddy only uses the official Firebase SDK for secure app initialization and AI model access (Google AI inference).
All code is locally packaged — no remote or dynamic scripts are downloaded or executed.
Firebase Analytics and tracking features are not used.
This design fully complies with Chrome Web Store policies and ensures user privacy and security.
