Miss Classic Invoicing? This extension makes Xero's new invoicing screen behave like the fast data-entry screen it replaced.

  WHAT IT FIXES
  ■ Popups & upsell banners — the "Set up invoice and payments" modal, Direct Debit / GoCardless promos, onboarding banners and
  notification cards are dismissed automatically. Open the screen, start typing.
  ■ Bloated layout — Compact mode restores classic-era density: tighter header, tighter details block, classic-height grid rows.
  More invoice, less scrolling.
  ■ Broken Tab order — Tab moves Contact → Issue date → Due date → Invoice number → Reference → first line item. The date-picker no
  longer traps your focus. Enter an invoice without touching the mouse.
  ■ Columns you never use — one-click hide for Project, Tracking category, Discount and Tax amount columns.

  Every fix is a toggle in the popup, applied instantly.

  PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE
  Everything runs inside the Xero tab in your browser. No account, no server, no analytics, no external network calls. Your
  accounting data never leaves the page. The only permission used is "storage", to remember your toggles.

  WHO IT'S FOR
  Bookkeepers and accountants who enter invoices all day and lost real speed when Classic Invoicing was retired in February 2025.
