About

MailGeni is an AI email assistant that lives inside your Gmail and Outlook inbox. It drafts replies in your own voice, transcribes spoken notes into polished emails, categorises incoming mail into useful labels, and helps you sign PDF attachments — without ever leaving your inbox.

What MailGeni does:

• AI reply drafting — opens the current email thread, generates a reply that mirrors your writing style (learned from your sent folder), and lets you pick tone chips (Friendly, Firm, Brief, Detailed, Apologetic) and action chips (Accept, Decline, Follow up, Schedule a call) to shape the reply.

• Voice dictation — tap the microphone, speak your thoughts, and MailGeni cleans up the transcript into a complete, well-structured email. Works for replies, forwards, and from-scratch compose.

• Forward in one tap — switch to the Forward tab, pick a recipient from your contacts, dictate a quick intro, and the email goes out with the original quoted below — no Gmail forward dialog needed.

• Inbox triage — auto-categorises incoming mail into seven coherent buckets (Respond, Receipt, Meeting, Fill Form, Sign Contract, Notification, Marketing) so the inbox is sorted at a glance.

• Schedule meetings — when an email contains a meeting request, MailGeni surfaces a meeting card that picks the right calendar and creates the event with one click.

• PDF signing — attached contracts open in an in-line signing panel; sign with a typed or drawn signature, save back into the email, and reply.

• Inbox search — ask natural-language questions about your inbox ("flight bookings this year", "unread from Sarah last week") and MailGeni finds them with citations.
