Zenhance — The toolkit Z.ai should have shipped with.

Zenhance injects directly into your Z.ai chat interface and adds the power-user features missing from the platform. No separate dashboard, no extra tabs — everything lives inside the page you already use.

What it adds:

📌 Chat Bookmarks — Save any chat session to your sidebar. Find it later with instant search. Rename chats to anything you want.

🧩 Prompt Snippets — Create a library of reusable prompt templates. Click once to insert any saved snippet into the input box.

🎭 Personas — Define AI personas and toggle them on/off. Persona instructions are silently injected into every message you send. Supports a one-shot mode for single-use overrides.

🛡️ Guardrails — Set behavioral rules the AI must follow. Guardrails are appended to every prompt automatically. Activate multiple guardrails at once, or use one-shot for temporary rules.

🔍 Context Questions — As you type, Zenhance detects the language and topic of your prompt and suggests relevant follow-up questions you can add with one click.

📂 Chat Folding — Long AI responses that include injected Persona, Guardrails, or Context blocks get auto-collapsed into clean accordions. Your chat stays readable.

✏️ Editable Greeting — Click your name in the greeting to personalize it. Your preference is saved locally.

👁️ UI Toggle — Hide distracting sidebar elements like chat history, ads, and template suggestions with a single click.

💾 Backup & Restore — Export all your Zenhance data (bookmarks, personas, guardrails, snippets, settings) as a JSON file. Import it back on any device.

Why install it?

Z.ai works, but it gives you no control over repeatable workflows. If you find yourself copying the same prompt structure, switching between different AI behaviors, or losing track of useful chats, Zenhance solves that. Everything is local, everything is optional, and nothing touches your data without your action.
