    description
Wiremaven gives your local development server a public URL. Open the popup, enter your local port, pick a TTL (15, 30, or 60 minutes), and click Start Tunnel. You get a public URL that forwards live traffic to your localhost port until the TTL expires or you stop it.

    WHY DEVELOPERS USE WIREMAVEN
    ——————————————————————————

    • Live sessions — receive real-time feedback against your local server
    • Client & team reviews — share a live URL without deploying to staging
    • Mobile testing — hit your local server from a real device without touching network configs
    • Share vibe coded apps — an easy way to share your local without having to deploy your vibe coded apps first
    • ngrok alternative — browser-native, no account required

    ——————————————————————————
    HOW IT WORKS
    ——————————————————————————

Wiremaven connects your local dev server to the wiremaven relay over a secure WebSocket. The relay forwards HTTP requests to your chosen localhost port and sends responses back through the same channel. The tunnel closes when the TTL expires or you click Stop Tunnel.

    POPUP FEATURES

    ——————————————————————————
    PRIVACY & SECURITY
    ——————————————————————————

Wiremaven has no analytics, telemetry, advertising identifiers, or third-party trackers. The extension connects only to HTTP localhost and the fixed wiremaven relay (wss://relay.wiremaven.com). The browser clears tunnel state when the session ends. The extension never writes request or response bodies to disk, storage, or any external service.

    ——————————————————————————
    REQUIREMENTS
    ——————————————————————————

    • Chrome 116 or newer
    • A local HTTP server running on localhost or 127.0.0.1
