TECHNICAL APPROACH
Cookie Decliner uses three layers of detection to handle banners reliably: known selectors for major consent platforms, text-matching within banner containers to catch custom implementations, and a MutationObserver that watches for banners injected after page load. This means it works on static pages, single-page apps, and delayed-load banners alike.
PERMISSIONS
