RESUMES TAB
• Scan all candidates in a job and identify which ones have resumes attached
• Download resumes as a zip file of individual PDFs or as a single merged PDF
• Filter by journey stage — Candidate Review, Meets Qualifications, Recruiter Screen, and more
• Set a candidate limit (25, 50, 100, 200) and page through results
• Files are named by candidate name for easy identification
 
DISPOSITION TAB
• Select multiple candidates and move them to a new status in one click
• Disposition options are pulled directly from your job's journey configuration
• Confirmation dialog prevents accidental changes
• Progress bar shows real-time status with error reporting

HOW TO USE
1. Navigate to any job's Centric View in Paradox.ai
2. Click the Paradox Tools icon in the bottom-right corner
3. Choose your stage filter and candidate limit
4. Hit Scan Page
5. Select candidates, then download or disposition
 
Works with any Paradox.ai portal. No configuration required — uses your existing Paradox session.
